Even cards from the same brand can fail to be recognized.
So... Its just a matter of luck.
Most of them work though, but then, there are the others.

All [M3SD] card detection problems solved? - Try this!

Although SCUMMVM is working nicelly with the M3 card, there are some cards wich fail to recognize. I had a problem with one of my Kingston cards. Although it had the same fat and it was bought at the same time as two other i own, that one in particular failed to be detected with scummvm routines. Th...

I must ask: Before trying the gba version, did you try the nds version? The gba version renamed to nds will not allow for you to navigate your card and access the folder where you placed your games. You need the .nds version for that. The nds version is problematic with some cards, but i must remind...

Well.. I can say that I have Three Kingston Cards 1 gb. Two of them always worked and one refused to work giving the same error that you report. All cards are supposed to be equal, and have the same formating. The stragest part of it all is that the one that refudes to work had a fully working DSORG...

Yes.. I´ve tested it and sound works...

Are your .SOU files the original ones? Are you shure they are not MP3 versions renamed to .sou? If this is the case, just rename them to .so3, but be ready for some slowdowns since mp3 is demanding on the cpu.

Shadow Zero... The M3 lite is different from the M3 mini... ScummVm works on Both, and I can ashure you of that.

Just delete and re-create the dat file, and then Press L at startup to redetect your m3.

The m3 driver is initialized, otherwise he would not be able to navigate the card. Question is... Is the game ok? None of the files are corrupted?
Does SCUMMVM for the pc recognizes and loads the game?

Well... He shure works hard. I have been using scummvm ds since the m3 version, and really enjoying playing old games. Agentq really did a nice work there, so the least I can do is to show my grattitude.

Thanks for your work and your patience on keeping up with us all. ;)

If you used beta 5 before then you would have a saved setting on card (and that's why in SRAM). That's why scummvm would load the driver which was saved in setting. Well... You are correct about that... But you are missing the real point why I wrote that. In the cards I tested, there was no save fi...

Are you shure? Are you using a version that requires pressing L to detect the m3? Have you runned other .nds app in the meantime? Oh and remember... no zip method can be used!. The M3 keeps the data in memory untill other .nds app is runned, so if you run scumm several times in a row, it should work...

sittingduck, for the m3 to remember the settings on the next boot you have to install scummvm using the game manager (just install, don´t change any parameters).

Have you done this??

Indiana jones and the fate of atlantis bugs

Well, i already wrote this on the beta 4 thread, but got no reply, so here it goes again. Since a final release seems to be approaching, i think this might be of interest. Since the m3 supported versions i´ve been playing some scumm games. For now, I only went deeper in Indiana Jones and the fate of...
