The mm.dat file isn't a mod, it's needed engine data for the engine to run at all. So that you've been able to run even the original mode means you copied it correctly. When you first detect on the folder with Might and Magic 1 in it, you should be prompted for whether to add a detection for M&...

Thanks for the news! The original game (I have it from GOG) adds and launches fine, but there is no sound nor music... And I do not understand how to add the "Enhanced" version? When I copy the mod (downloaded from the link in the news) to the original game - it is not recognized by ScummV...

By the way: it turned out that my problem with "Touche" was exactly the same!
It was a bug in ScummVM that set "English" as a language for the Russian version of the game. It was not even possible to change it there, only by manually editing it in INI.

GOG's version of Schizm includes Russian subtitles (enabled by changing the game's language setting to , and those seem to work (at least to my untrained eye). Unfortunately while Russian versions of "Reah" and "Schizm" launch fine, the text is not readable.

The game is now recognizable and launches fine!
However it is not playable yet as no subtitles are displayed in cut-scenes, and the screens just flicker until there is a puzzle part to be played. Well, nevermind - hopefully the support for this game will improve one day.
