Re: Which games would you like to be supported on the future?
Hey guys, just FYI, I am tired of the chilling effect around this place, so I'll just log off and stay logged off. Probably for the best as my presence seems to tend to annoy the mods. If anyone wants to take over the list, useless as it is, feel free. I did have fun, and I was genuinely happy to be ...

Re: Which games would you like to be supported on the future?
Wiki is a bad source for getting info about compatibility.
That is extraordinarily surprising and counter-intuitive news.
And the presence of abence of games in this thread has zero effect on the team and our plans.
Indeed. That is repeated often throughout the thread. And when I update the ...

Re: Which games would you like to be supported on the future?
I say, this is pretty exciting! Shoutout to Lostech, ErikBauer and bsauvage who expressed an interest in KULT: The Temple of Flying Saucers, aka Chamber of the Sci-Mutant Priestess , now listed as supported "Since ScummVM 2026.4.0"! Amiga version as well, too! EDIT - But I have been informed that ...

Re: could you check if scummvm doesn't run King Quest 6
And then you can re-install in the same folder and ScummVM will pick it up, since you've already added the game there.
From experience, though, I have seen it happen that for some reason it didn't pick up the game (this was on different games), so it was necessary to add the game again. So if ...

Re: could you check if scummvm doesn't run King Quest 6
Hi, I can confirm that, for me, running 2026.3, King's Quest 6 CD works well. I'm not using any external high resolution packs or anything (didn't know they existed). It's just the KQ6 CD, which works on both Windows and DOS versions. Intro plays, logo plays, all good. I hope this help you somehow ...

Re: Lost Guybrush beard from campfire intro scene in MI2?
I booted up the campfire intro the other day and I realised that the inconsistency isn't just him not having a beard, it's even this lines where he says he's on a new adventure, and the pirate asks him, "growing a moustache?".
"No", says Guybrush, "Bigger than that."
"A beard?!", is the astonished ...

Re: Additional On-Screen controls
I personally wish there was a dedicated "keyboard" button to press in addition to "tap and hold the control icon" or "tap and hold on screen with three fingers", which is always slower... but anyway! You can try this little trick; the "go backwards" arrow of the Android's own GUI, the own that comes ...

Most interestingly, a new game is popping up:

And the wiki is being very clear:
La Sexta Secta

Excellent points, which reflect why sometimes "perfection is the enemy of good"! Whatever the case, we have arrived at 2.0, a great palce to be, regardless of the path.

Re: Ripping CD tracks - rename track numbers?
the only one I have right now which uses redbook is the first monkey island. I have them labelled from track 01. Which would be track 02 on the CD.
Right, same here. I don't remember why I chose to renumber them either, but I did, so something must have pointed me towards it. But if I know myself ...
