Rise of the Dragon has a problem with gamepad/controller(it's the same for HoC and Willy Beamish). Action buttons are not working, only moving mouse cursor with analog works.

You need a jailbroken IPhone. Install IFile from Cydia, download a scummvm .deb file for iphone from the downloads page on your device. Open IFile and navigate it to the folder with a scummvm deb file. Install it.
