Monkey 2 works perfectly fine with my phone but things tend to differ in various versions of a particular game...

I'll try it as soon as I can, thanks for the heads up :)

A slim virtual keyboard would probably be perfect for the job but you've already compiled a version which works great, I can hardly ask for more :)

For VGA games *for now* I guess a Virtual Key solution might do the trick. I tried Broken Sword 1 and it looks AMAZING on 5800XM's screen. If only I could map the # and * keys to the volume keys which are inactive anyway in ScummVM. And maybe even space bar to the camera key

No, it was completely my bad :) I rotated the screen using ctrl+2 and then rotated the phone to a landscape position and... all is well now :) And the touchscreen losing touch functions when you rotate the screen using ctrl+2? Well, that's what happens when you leave CTRL on :) And the shaky backgro...

Just downloaded the latest build and tried it on my 5800 (w/ v20 firmware). It works pretty well :) Still needs a bit ironing out but games are actually very, very playable (probably completable too). I tried Monkey 1 & 2. Audio is perfectly good (midi version for Monkey 1). I didn't change any ...

First of all, thank you very much for this build. It looks very very promising :) Touchscreen support, as stated, works quite good on 5800XM. I too can confirm the screen rotation bug, though starting up ScummVM while the phone rests on a desk helps :) I threw in Monkey 1, as it does not require any...

That's great to hear :) I can hardly wait to slip copies of my Scumm games to the 5800XM. I really wish I had some programming skills so that I could help... But as I've said before, I'm available for testing what you compile...

Hi!

I'm also excited about ScummVM being ported to S60 5th edition. I hope you easily figure out how to implement those features. I can't be of any help in terms of programming/porting but I can test drive anything you compile :)

Thank you very very much for your quick answer :) My LucasArts games are back up!! I recall trying the x2 setting on a more initial release, but it hadn't worked at the time, so I never thought of trying it again as new versions were released...

Anyway all looks fine now :)

Thanks again...

Hi, I'm unfortunately having problems with my X50v and WM5. Everything was fine under WM2003SE but after I upgraded to WM5, the program only occupies less than a quarter of the screen rendering the games unplayable :/ I tried every stable release that was released after I upgraded (inc. 0.82), to no...
