With "Other games menu" you mean pressing CTRL+F5 and returning to the launcher? I just tried with all three characters, it doesn't crash here with the Amiga version. Amiga version, language ITA. I can PM you this version. Descrizione Percorso dell'applicazione che ha generato l'errore: D:\ScummVM\...

Nippon Safes Inc crash when quitting ScummVM

ScummVM crashes every time I quit ScummVM (CTRL-Z) or go back to Other games menu, after I ran NSI. This never happens with other scummVM games. I can reproduce it all the time.
Tried both with MSDOS and Amiga version of the game.

Disable checksum

I wanted to revise the amateur Italian translation for a pair of games for ScummVM (Kyrandia and Lands of Lore) adding accented vowels like "à" instead of ugly "a'" workaround...

The problem is ScummVM will refuse to load a game with modified data files. How can I do to test these changes?

Great, exactly what I wanted! 1080p was very blurred, better 640x480.
'CTRL ALT -' and 'CTRL ALT +' work fine on Windows 10!

P.S.:
ScummVM in OpenGL (Options > Mode: OpenGL (no filter)) can also be streamed through Steam Broadcast :)

When will the fallback detection "check only file name" be implemented (as a launch option?)? This will make life much easier for fan-made translations... BTW, I've found some translations f.e. in kyra.dat which is now incorporated in the scummvm.exe itself. This is a problem for fan-made translatio...

There are at least 3 thread about this problem... and some are very old. I really hope ScummVM Android team will finally do something QUICKLY because it's very limiting for some games (e.g. Monkey Island 2 won't even start: you have to enter codes). All we need is an additional keyboard button on th...

Yep, unfortunately nobody seem to care about this big problem for many users that can't keep menu button pressed on their smartphones...

Still the same problem and no alternative solution yet :( I really think an alternative gesture should be added to scummvm Android.... the 2-tap swipe-up gesture would be a good solution. I repeat, as an alternative so both of them (keep menu key pressed AND another gesture) should work. At present ...

Thank you for the idea, but we badly need an alternative/better way to pop-up the keyboard with ScummVM, working on ALL Android touch devices.
Menu button was a bad idea.

Have the same problem: on HTC One S I don't have a proper Menu button, so how do I switch to keyboard to skip MI2 copy protection for example??? Long press for Volume Down or Back button would be better and all Android devices have these keys... Or even better a triple touch gesture (all touch devic...

You must have the international GSII. Mine is the GSII Epic 4G Touch and I have no problems. How strange. Since it's just a matter of a very few pixel I guess it may slightly vary on the same model the touch precision. Unfortunately BASS is the only adventure that needs to point to the topmost bar ...

Re: Beneath a Steel Sky unplayable on Samsung Galaxy S2

On Samsung Galaxy S2 BASS is simply unplayable because you can't touch the topmost area to call the pop-down menu! :( It's unreachable by the touch screen. (Didn't this get discussed before?) This isn't going to get fixed in the 1.4.x series because it's non-trivial to do and it works fine with the...

Beneath a Steel Sky unplayable on Samsung Galaxy S2

On Samsung Galaxy S2 BASS is simply unplayable because you can't touch the topmost area to call the pop-down menu! :( It's unreachable by the touch screen. Please, can someone fix the 'sky' plugin for Android adding an option to shift the screen at least 20 pixels down and make the upper area reacha...
