I had same problem, and finally i decide was easy to moddify the source code. I change the normal3x filter, for a normal6x, and works great, 1920x1200 I did for different reason, because i want nice EGA style scanlines in my CRT, and in low resolutions looks horrible void Normal3x(const uint8 *s...

Thanks for reply, finally i decided to moddify the sourcecode and add a 6x scale with variable scanlines Now the EGA games look amazing in my CRT, very similar to my old EGA screen In 640x480 the doublescan of normal 31khz break all the magic for scanlines, but in higher resolutions, the magic is ba...

scanlines and resolution

Hi! two questions first, is possible to use scanlines with OpenGL?¿ i will love to have real scanlines for EGA games, but my CRT is 31khz, then i need to emulate them Second not too important, is possible to use non 4:3 resolutions? for example, i use 1600x1200 right now in my CRT, but i will preffe...

Hi, sorry the big delay to answer

Nothing works... i tried Ctrl+Alt+'+'/'-', all kind of options... nothing

Is not possible just to manually say to scummmvm the scaling?

For example 1:1 will be 320x200, 2:1 will be 640x200, 2:2.. etc

??

Hi everyone, thanks for reply and help No, i dont have square pixels But what i want is scummvm not correct any aspect ratio Until 1.6.0, for example, if i use 640x200 or 1280x200, or 50000x240, dont care... scummvm just stretch the image to fill all the area But now, scummvm just do scaling in 1:1 ...

Found a way!! The answer to this problem is PowerStrip and virtual resolution With PowerStrip is possible to create a virutal resolution inside another In this case, I create 640x200 inside 640x224 Now even if I change to 640x200, the screen believe is 640x224, and everything works fine in my screen...

I don't think there is a way to do what you want to do without modifying the source code, but I am actually not sure this is what you want to do anyway. And I am not sure the sentence above actually makes any sense so let me clarify that. The original games with a 320x200 resolution were actually d...

Custom scaling?

Hi! greetings to all My question, for some reason (GUI frontend), i need to use a resolution of 640x224 For example, to play 320x200 games If I use openGL, it streetch to max resolution, 640x224, and have bad scaling because 224 lines instead of 200 (the correct must be 640x200) If i use the other O...

Hi, im sorry my question was not very clear, my english is not good Yes, I was talking about TV2x option Now, the scanlines in Scummvm are very "soft", maybe 10 to 20% black??? For example, very hard scanlines are 100% black, something like this 100% scanlines are best for emulators of arcade screen...

Scanlines 50%

Hi!

There is a way to use scanlines in a 50 or custom %? any secret option?

I see a TV option, but is just too soft, looks like the scanlines are 10 or 20% only

Thanks!
