Heh, that's lovely :)

My sister is a huge fan of that movie, and I'm sure she would enjoy an adventure game based on the movie a lot. She is a big fan of the classic Monkey Islands, The Dig and so on too.

Dragonsphere - FREE!

Very cool news, Dragonsphere has been released for free on GOG.com! 8)

Hopefully this means we will see other adventure games from Microprose for free too, like Return of the Phantom and Bloodnet :)

It's also interesting that the M4 engine is work in progress for ScummVM :)

I would love to see support for Discworld Noir and Gabriel Knight 3 eventually :)

EDIT: Oh, Blade Runner and Nightlong: Union City Conspiracy would be nice too

Lucasarts, EA and Square Enix (Eidos) would be very nice on GOG.com :)

Besides the Lucasarts adventure games, there's System Shock, Wing Commander, Thief and plenty of more gold.

As I see it, pretty much all Amiga versions before MI2 are superior, while MI2 and later have superior DOS versions.

There will obviously be exceptions to this and changes due personal preferences, but meh :P

Nope, the only thing that will help there is a faster CPU as it's relatively demanding to play the Discworld II cutscenes. The 434 MHz ARM11 in the X6 isn't enough, but it does work well in the phones that have a 600MHz ARM11 CPU.

While I don't have Conquests of the Longbow, I'm sure that the Symbian release can run the game as it's been regularly updated and CotL was included in the main 1.2.0 release.

I was really hyped about this game after watching the E3 2001 trailer, but since then I've lost interest. I'm not even sure I will bother to get the game when it gotten cheap.

If you still have issues, the best thing you can do is to ask on the official Gearhead Garage forums for a new patch.

Dreamweb was worked on a while ago, but not officially. This is what john_doe said in another thread about a year ago. I've worked on reverse engineering both Dreamweb and Prisoner of Ice (amongst several other games :)). The Dreamweb RE is almost complete and I know a lot of stuff but for some reas...
