EDIT: I think that has fixed it, DOTT seems to work on my iMac G5 using FLAC and OGG compressed MONSTER.SOU ..... thank you :)

Just starting to copy the files onto the O2 .... I'll start playing the games properly to test them.

Jimbob: i reverted the component cable patch for GC, it should work fine now (but now there's no way to set 480p, i'll check about some config var options) Thanks. How about an option in the GUI that turns on the component output? I'm not sure how much work that would be .... About the memory limit...

The crashing seems to have disappeared BUT I think this may be because I disabled the Music driver output in the Options after seeing a post in the PPC forum about COMI eating memory at startup. Dhewg fixed a newlib bug in devkitPPC a few weeks ago that fixed crashes (COMI intro hang etc). I can build a gamecube DOL for you to try (compiled with a fixed ddPPC) and you can try if that does not crash. I'll get back to you later today. Yeah, I think I'll just have to put up with it. It doesn't seem to help much producing separate builds for the various engines. I think we may possibly have a memory issue on the Broken Sword games on the Gamecube as well. At the moment I've only tried BS2 but the audio starts crackling and breaking up (like it does on COMI) and eventually crashes with a Exception DSI message (or something like that, from memory).
