Well it uses 3D models so would have to be part of Residual not ScummVM. There is the start of a noir engine here: http://tinselnoir.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tinselnoir/ But it hasn't been updated for 2 years. I thought the visuals in Discworld Noir were pre-rendered...they certainly don't look l...

How did you get his email address?

Just looking at the list of games on wiki, Delphine had 5 straight classics in a row (if you count Corpse which was well reviewed at the time). Pretty impressive.

I guess eventually it would be nice to have details like company and year made but that can be done once the core is fully developed (or further on at least).

Why should the Xbox player win both the multimedia and games sections when it's clearly only multimedia. That sucks. Besides, it should have been nominated for one or the other.

The ScummVM team are in negotiations to get the Discworld 1 & 2 source code from the developers, unfortunately it seems to be taking them a long time to find the code so there's not a lot anyone can do. Terry Pratchett has approved everything though. Discworld Noir I doubt will ever be supported...

in an unrelated comment, do you guys also get the feeling that FT is the shortest of all Lucasarts Adventures? Definitely, it's feels almost like an interactive cartoon and I don't mean that in a bad way. Very short but I don't think they could have kept the same production values if it was a large...

What? Terry Pratchett said "you may support the games"?

yes, its very sad. Is it just me who thinks that pc games are much better in the past? With better i mean more exiting and absorbing. I like today's games, but so much emphasis is on slick graphics and movie-like production values that something is missing now. 10 years ago designers had to build t...

Anyone think that lucasarts will do, sometimes, make a continuation of one of its classic themes (like guybrush and the pirates or indy or the loom weavers) in any kind, but in a exiting and absorbing conversion? I mean a adventure game with an epic story. Well since Lucasarts have pulled the plug ...

The Gene Machine

My roommate at Uni had this game 9 years ago, I remember getting halfway through before his CD broke and we couldn't play. It seemed like a pretty cool adventure that broke just as we were getting to the good stuff. Pity Divide by Zero went out of business shortly after the release so there's not mu...
