Blank screen with keyboard popping up when launching ScummVM

I'm getting this issue when I launch ScummVM it just goes to a blank screen and pops up the Android virtual keyboard. I have a Galaxy S Captivate running Serendipity 5.11 (Android 2.2.1). Same issue was happening with Andromeda 1.2 Unthemed (Android 2.2). It was working on that ROM then stopped. I tried uninstalling 1.2 and installing 1.2.1, and the TouchMod version running a nightly build. Same issue. One post similar suggested it's the custom battery meter, but I flashed to a stock battery meter and it is still doing it. Any ideas?

Same here on Samsung Galaxy S i9000 with 2.2.1. It worked on 2.2 until i flashed to 2.2.1.

I have already deinstalled, cache deleted... nothing helps, i just get a black screen with the open keyboard.

does it work with a stock (official) rom?

Got a custom battery meter too and its rooted, no other customization.
I tryed the newest build too, same issue.

ok. i see there's also a 2.2.1 update for my galaxy tab, maybe i can reproduce it. but not today

in the meantime, can you guys get me the alogcat output? maybe it contains come clues...

i don't see anything unusual in the logs.
can you launch scummvm, hit home, go back to scummvm and post that log please?

Have the same issue with TouchMod, it's very convenient, don't want to give up on it.
SGS, 2.2.1, worked perfectly on 2.2
