Mouse problem[Resolve] + Text Speed Problem in MI III

Hello everyone ! I use to have an old version of scumm, and today I downloaded the 8.2 to play with Monkey Island 3.
Anyway, when I open scumm, I see the screen with the add , Edit .... button, but I can not click on them. My mouse disapear once I'm in window. I can see the cross but it does not move.

Actually I found the problem by myself ! I had to run the program in 256 colours, and it worked perfect .
But now I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM With monkey Island III:
I put the text speed to slow, by pressing 6, and I can't find a way to make it go faster can someone tell me how to do it ?? Thanks
