I was wondering how the N80 will perform when playing ScummVM and what games to expect to run, playable (without ruining the game experiance :P). I have never tried ScummVM on a phone, tried it on a PDA with BS1 and the resolution made the game blurry and hard to see anything.

Can someone give me a rough idea of what games will be playable, what to expect from graphics and resolution and any downfalls from mobile ScummVM.

If anyone has picture of it on the series N, s60, or any phone generally, that would be amazing.

Thank You - Wo33eR

Well.. That the image is blurry on a 640x480 game running on a qvga is not that surprising. ScummVM is already quite well on the latest S60 devices (V2), the biggest problems are the smaller screen and control, since most often only joystick is available, which is not the ideal for ScummVM, but of course some V3 devices will have a touch screen which will make them easier to control, and some of them has a higher resolution, like the N80.

But it seems that the N80 only has a joystick control, clearly limiting the playability, but it would be playable.

But.. right now.. you would n't be able to run it I am afraid.
Why.. well.. V3 is a new Symbian platform, using a new target and a new compiler. I have tried it on a P990 (also running Symbian V9.1 just as N80), and it does n't behave quite still.

So my recomendation.. try ScummVM on a 6680/6630/N70 and then expect it to be even better on a N80 device
