Links on helicoid.de are dead. Please could somebody upload extractpak.zip etc. on other site?

The extractpak program will not open for me. I extract the files, but when I try to open the application it just closes immediately. I am running Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The extractpak is only supposed to extract the contents of the pak resource file, correct?

Then you can use bennyboy's Monkey Island Explorer to do the same thing:
