USB HDD with more than one Partition

Post by radookee »

Hi!

I have a USB 2.0 HDD with on TrueCrypt partition at the begining and a FAT32 partition after that. ScummVM doesn't seem to recognize the FAT32 partition.
Does the FAT32 partition need to be the first one on the drive? Is it possible to fix this anytime soon?

It needs to be on the primary partition.

Would it be possible to use a flashdrive on the second USB port at the same time?

I'm not sure about multiple drives to be honest. On your existing drive you could just use something like Partition Magic to make your FAT32 partition the primary one without losing any data or reformatting. :)

In addition to being the primary partition it needs to be the first partition on the drive.

On a previous drive I had my primary partition as the second one and it worked fine.
