Riven and Scummvm

Post by kstab »

Is riven (Myst 2) supported by SCUMMVM??

If not, does anyone know if there are any projects making riven compatible for scummvm??

Thank you in advance for every answer...

Gongratulations and many many thanks to anyone participating...

Personally, i think that the atmosphere in these two games (especially Riven) is unmatched....

and since i cannot install it on my ppc (HTC Touch HD) due to my screen's resolution incompatibility (800x480 is not supported by the developer), i most welcome a scummvm version.

I would also like to participate, although being a doctor and having two children doesn't leave much time :(

How could i help you???

Then I guess the best thing to do then is make a (tax deductible?) donation to the ScummVM project.

(C++ is the programming language ScummVM is written in)

In most countries, donations to ScummVM won't be tax deductible. And right now, donations are not possible anyway, since we have no donation account set up (see the relevant thread from March 9 on scummvm-devel).

Not at this point, no. My time has been more limited as of late, but I still try to work on it. It will be ready "when it's done."

I want to help

Hi,

I have some experience programming with C++ itself, but not with ScummVM nor SDL, etc.

I have Myst (first version, for Windows 3.1) and I'd love to help scummVm to support this game.

Do you have any kind os tasks not too hard that I could try to take?
