A strange crash that started occuring

Post by sanguinehearts »

Im currently using the homebrew channel to boot ScummVM wii
it boots fine from the channel but will not let me add any games, I think there must be an SD card issue
however Ive tested with three different cards multiple times

the most interesting part is that it defaults to folder '/' which should be the root but wont display anything there.

It also crashes often with Exception DSI and code dump
the crash log is here

Im fairly certain that its to do with the reading from the SD card as Ive had a little problem with a couple of other homebrews this is the only one that crashed with anything useful though.

Just as a follow up to this, I was actually having deeper problems than just this, I think I had accidentally deleted some ios somewhere,
I fixed it by updating to the newest system update

Yeah, I had to update to the newest Nintendo update
I think I had removed some data from somewhere, and the new update seems to have fixed it all.
I am also currently using Homebrew channel beta 9
