Where are the save files located?

I want to upgrade my iPhone 3G to the new 2.1 firmware, but understand that I will lose my jailbroken apps. I hence want to know where I can find my saves so that I can manually back them up and restore them after upgrading and jailbreaking again.

I found it myself: /private/var/mobile/Library/ScummVM/Savegames

Now to see if the backup/restore works.
