IMATE Jaq Problems, can't click

Post by ziggystar12 »

The I-Mate Jaq has WM5 and a 320x240 screen. Yes it's odd, but ScummVM does display properly on the screen, it just cannot be used because the mouse inputs are backwards or inverted somehow. Has anyone else encountered this?

thanks

What is odd about 320x240? Sounds perfectly normal to me?!

Heh, it's all backwards for CE: the "normal" screen resolution is 240x320.

Let me assure you, it is not luck the display works :)

As far as the mouse orientation is concerned, last time such an issue cropped up it was because of bad implementation in the firmware which was fixed by the manufacturer with a patch. But I cannot tell for sure until I see some debugging output. Check out the port's readme for enabling diagnostic (debug) output. Then I suggest you head on to the bugtracker with the scummvm_std[out|err].txt files and we'll see.
