pocket tunes cd audio not working on new test version

Post by glokidd »

hey chrilith thanks again
the cd audio just doesnt seem to work, i put all the tracks into the original game folder and named them: track1.mp3 etc. and enabled the cd audio function, selected the pockettunes driver and yet nothing. Had this been disabled for test purposes?
I experienced the following random fatal exeption crashes:
- upon exiting monkey cd (randomly, didnt happen every time)
- during zaktowns intro (only happened once couldnt recreate) also got a strange freeze on trying to exit(bottom half of screen where error window would usally pop up was all scrambled?)

I had no more problems with 'scene sticking' so that seems fixed (rock on 8) )

I also tried samnmax and tentacle floppy versions and the voice/sound now seems digitized

I hope my test info can help you

Thanks again for everything Chrilith
still cant wait for official release

EDIT: oops im using an e2

no prob, I just wish i could help more. Unfortunatly i have no programing experience (other than turbo pascal) but im trying to figure it out.
Now for a silly newbie question: what is mad? (try not to laugh at me out loud)
I also hope that you do keep the pocket tunes 'driver' as i just bought it (exelent prog btw)

once again thanks for everything

I know sev has posted the link but a link also appears on the download page at scummvm.org, right at the bottom.
