that may or may not be relevant

if its an ini problem then i feel its more likely to be a bug or just a version that doesn't work, only thing i can suggest if you still feel its a install problem is to re-download and re-burn the cd

but its far more likely to be something else like a burning error or a file placement error or something silly like that

ok.
I redownloaded the files again and reburned two diferents dvds:
·dvd with the ini file: Don't work
·dvd without the ini file: Work well.

Please someone can test it?
How can I do?
Is a version's bug?

ok. Now listen:

I have TWO DIFERENTS DVDS

A DVD WITH THE SCUMMVM.INI and another DVD WITHOUT THE SCUMMVM.INI FILE. OK?

Now, the dvd with the scummvm.ini file don't work (OK?) but the DVD without the ini file work well (OK?)

So the problem is in the ini file.

NOW... someone can help me?

In PS2 you can have the scummvm.ini in the memory card or in the dvd itself.

In this port, scummvm looks for scummvm.ini in the dvd. If it finds it it uses it, if no it will create one in memory card.

He is saying that if he puts the scummvm.ini in the dvd it doesn't work. If he doesn't put the scummvm.ini in the dvd and scummvm creates one in the memory card works.

He said that had changed something in the scummvm.ini, if you burn it whithout modifying it works?
