Cursor "away" in fullscreen

Hello everyone,

I just got myself a shiny notebook and of course one of the first things I did was setting up ScummVM. It works perfect in windowed mode, but when I switch to fullscreen, the cursor moves to the bottom right corner and wouldn't react to any movements of the mouse.
I've tested Curse of Monkey Island and Beneath a Steel Sky, both showing the same problem. I'm running Kubuntu 6.06, the same version I'm using on my desktop PC, but everything's fine there. Changing the resolution won't make a difference either, does anyone know this problem?

I got a similar problem (and others too) and it seems that it's a problem of the video drivers. Do you have an ATI card? In this case try to install the fglrx drivers from ATI.
