Hi

I have a problem with LOK.

I have the English/DOS Version of the game.It works very well on the newest "ScummVM 0.9.1".

But i need to change the language in german.
I can not switch it, when i add the Game to the ScummVM-gamelist.

What can i do?Is there a (easy) way?

For most games, the language setting makes no difference: The game only contains one language. If there is a translated version, it's sold separately.

The CD version of The Legend of Kyrandia - the one I have at least - is different in that it does include English, German and French versions on the same CD, in the eng, ger and fre folders respectively. But only the text has been translated. The speech is still in English.

I don't have the floppy version of the game, so I don't know if that includes translations as well.

I`m a 100% Consolero.

So thats the reason why i love ScummVM.It makes it so easy for people like me.

nope, Kyrandia 3 is not supported; runs great in DOSBox though.

ScummVM can play the music and movie cutscenes from it, but not much else at this time.

It says "Komplett auf englisch" there, which means it's just in English. You still could ask the seller to check...

Hi,
as far as iknow this disk is from an PC-Game Magazine.
I have a copy of this thing an it contain english speech an german subtitles.
About other languages idon't remember...
But you can find this one and original CD Version of Kyra 1 often at eBay.

Yes, it was included in the PC Action years ago and has English voice with German texts. Unfortunately, anything else...

nope, Kyrandia 3 is not supported; runs great in DOSBox though.

I tried that now.But after the installation(when i will start the"RUNGAME.EXE") it tells me:

"This Program must be run under Microsoft Windows"

And under Windows ,i dont have any Sound and the Intro dont play

Running MALCOLM.BAT works for me.
