FOTAQ: I can't use the rocket pack and got the alcohol!

Hello,

I played FOTAQ and now seems near of the end. I must play with the rocket pack but the guy (me) always say me "I don't know how much gas to put in this thing... If I use too much I may blow myself sky high! What I need is an instruction manual..." but I have the "rocket plan" and a thing named "torn page" with a blueprint (I suspect it indicates the correct alcohol quantity or something) and even reading both things on trying to combine them, it still says the same!

Please: Anyone finished this same, can help me with this?

I did look a bit in the crash site and the waterlogged seats, then found a piece of paper that looks a cupon and mixed with the other I had before. Now I'm ready for use the rocket!

I'm now using it, sorry for my stupid confusing...
