I believe Read & Write, but also changing the user.

Now I've done it.

I've messed with the folder access and now I can't even get in to my own folder. And when I do get in, I'll bet Sam & Max data will still be hidden. Could someone tell me exactly what access to give to

A. Get into the folder

B. Unhide Sam & Max

The Game still plays though so that's one thing I don't need to worry about.

*edit: Okay I got myself back into the folder but as I thought, the file is still hidden.

Am I just trying too hard? Say the word and I'll just give up and stop bothering you guys. I just find this hidden file thing kind of inconvenient.

If you don't want to bother with it anymore, it will still work.

If you do, set all to read & write, and all permissions to your username.

It is a OSX and I did set all rights to Read & Write for my username, but still no luck. And I'm not sure what "chmod +r thedatafile" means. Could you tell me how that works?[/code]
