can anyone help me get BASS to run on the DS 

hello im new to this forum so i will first say hi second i would like to say how mutch i love scummvm and the scummvm team and everyone connected to it, thank you... Very Happy

im having trubble getting BASS to run. The problem is that Scummvm dosent even see it so i can not load it. I am using a supercard lite with a 1Gig Micro sd with ScummVM DS v0.61. I am also having trubble with The Secret Of Monkey Island I PC CD. The audi dosent seem to work ScummVM DS v0.61 suports MP3 and i have the audio files in MP3 any idears? (no zip comprestion) thank you for any help.

you have to convert these .mp3 files into .wav files

mp3 works only for the speech files, not for the music

Compression: IMA ADPCM 4-Bit
Samplerate: 22050 Hz
Channels: Mono

this worked for me...

BASS needs the .tbl file downloaded off this site to be in the same folder as the game. Do you have this?

I have the freewar of BASS from here, i looked at what files i need on here and i have all of them, iot dosent say anything about the ".tbl" file .BASS works fine in Scummvm on my PC so im lost. Razz thanks for the help!!!!!!!!

ok i have the music in monkey island thank you so mutch!!!!

im sorry to be a pain.. im having trubble with one more thing, the speech dosent fit on the screen and the controls at the botem (close, talk to,and pull) are half visible is there anything i can do. thanks Very Happy

.tbl is for queen, the BASS file is called sky.cpt as far as I know

I believe sky.cpt comes with the freeware version on the downloads page.

Anyone's BASS crash during the opening dialogue with the guard or when they look at the door or the notice on the door? Any known solutions? I'm using an m3 lite.

That's because you use the ZIP method. Talkie-versions doesn't work correctly with it.
