Help Please DS version

I'm having a few problems running this app on my DS, i'm using an M3 SD and Passkey.

I boot into the passkey menu and try to run the scummvm-a.nds i then get the list of controls and a line saying ZIP file check...Not in use.

the DS freezes at this point and i have to reboot.

Am i being totally thick,

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
