So I wanted to get Syberia running on my Miyoo mini...
and noticed it only works with the Mac version due to the engine. Okey, I got it on GOG, it comes with a .pkg file that I managed to extract, now everything is in one large file called "Scripts" .. I mean.. am I gonna have to set up a whole virtual machine to get the gamefiles? How do I extract this on windows? Having zero luck with pkgutil...

This was discussed recently on the forums here:

7-zip might suffice (with a bit of renaming, as mentioned in the linked thread). I've tested with unar in Linux.
The instructions for acquiring the data files from the official installers are in the ScummVM wiki, but you'll probably need to read the linked thread for tools to do this in Windows.

Thank you so much for this, I was having no luck on my own. Extracting the pkg file, then renaming it something.cpio.gz, extracting that into a something.cpio file and THEN extracting that file yet again with 7zip was something I never would have tried myself lol.Praetorian wrote: ↑Sat Feb 17, 2024 1:22 pm This was discussed recently on the forums here:

BS1...BS2?
Broken Sword?
are we still talking Syberia?
does the Miyoo use ogles es as render target?
there are no shaders written (yet) for that target
