Holmes 1 "Serrated Scalpel" - Tabacco Shop crashes

Hello,
i have a problem with Holmes 1 "Serrated Scalpel". When i want to move the tabacco boxes in Bradleys Tabacco Shop, the Game crashes. I use the german Version of the game. Hope you can fix it!

I use ScummVM 1.8.1

Post a bug report with an attached savegame, and I'll have a look into it.
