Monkey Island MIDI file extraction?

Was just wanting to know, is it possible? I know people prefer the Amiga music but I really like the default midi they (MI1/2) run with.

Others have done it, so it must be possible.

The HighLand Productions FAQ talks about the process and a program called "SCUMM Revisited", but their link to it appears to be dead and I don't know whether it's still maintained or what the latest version would be.
