Hello is there anywhere I can download version 1.6.0 for android since there is version 1.5.0 on google play store???

Not exactly, but you can download the v1.6 branch stable or v1.7 development builds from the buildbot:http://buildbot.scummvm.org/builds.html

Hi i downloaded both latest and stable builds but when i try to instal scummvm.apk on my tablet i get a message 'application not instaled'.

You need to uninstall all previous versions of ScummVM before you can install a buildbot development or stable build.

Also, you need to enable "Installation of third party applications" in the Settings menu during the installation.

If this doesn't fix your problem, I'm afraid I can offer no further help as "Application Not Installed" is not exactly the most verbose or helpful error message.

The one futher thing I can suggest is to post the exact model and Android firmware version of your device, so that our Android developers can look at the reason for this.
