USB Mass Storage Problem

Post by Murmex »

I'm not sure fi it's a scummVM problem or if I'm goofing somewhere...
I've tried to launch both CoMI and Broken Sword 1 with scummVM using a usb mass storage.
Basically, I use a swap cd to launch the scummVM CD (created from the .bin & .cue) and the games are stored on an external usb hdd. The hdd is recognised and the "add game" process goes smoothly, but when I try to launch the game, it tells me that some files are missing (the files from the root folder of the game).
I've had no problem using the same files with scummVM on PC so I'm kinda lost right now...

Dont know for sure, what is the matter of your problem.
You said, you used an external hdd, like USB HDD i think. What is
the Filesystem you used on your HDD? My Windows XP only format my disk in NTFS, but i think that Scumm needs a FAT32 Partition, right?
