Hello, Hardware Keys Question!

Hello i'm new here...and i tried to search the answer on the faq but didn't found it...so please don't say HUR DUR search yourself <.<

Basically i have a Xperia Play and i wonder if i can change the buttons like set the Search button(Mouse Right click if i remember well) to a Xperia Play button.

And one last question its if i can change the sensitivity
