Curse Of Monkey Island black screen on Samsung Galaxy S2

Hi guys, I've recently tried to play CO:Monkey Island on my phone. I have the relevant plugins and it recognises the game as the correct game but when I run it the screen goes black and exits Scummvm, this happens every time that I attempt to run it.

I was wondering whether anybody had any suggestions on how I could fix this problem
