Download the latest development build

UPDATE: This is now an automated process. It is not in the buildbot yet, but it is an automated daily build.

As of scummvm_1.5.0~git0759.g5a868a4_armel.deb the following has changed:


  • All engines are enabled even unfinished/unsupported ones. This is the case for buildbot master builds anyway and should have been done as soon as I switched to master.
  • The experimental keymapper has been enabled in the builds. This is very early in development. Currently only Lands of Lore has any keymaps.


Let me know if the keymapper is causing any trouble and I will disable it.

EDIT: To use the keymapper, type the F8 key on the virtual keyboard.

Yes. It is a build of the latest master branch.

I don't have these games (yet) so I cannot say for sure.
I'll go to the thrift stores later and see what I can find.

I already found Darby the Dragon on Amazon for something like $35. This game looks so cute.

The other one was dirt cheap at like $2 there. Smile

I hope you realize that they're daily builds of the (unstable) master branch.
A lot of stuff is experimental here.

Don't get me wrong, please use them and report bugs you find.

This applies not only to maemo daily builds but to all daily builds on all platforms that are built off of the master branch.

For a while now I've been working on the (still in progress) keymapper.

The keymapper configuration window is now available through the "home" button. It will still allow you to switch tasks.

Let me know if you find any problems with it.

If you somehow lock yourself out of the keymapper, close ScummVM, delete the keymapper section of ~/.scummvmrc and all the non-game-specific keymaps will revert to the default when you start ScummVM again
