Lock mouse to 4:3 screen ratio?

Post by Muyfa666 »

When using 4:3 ration, are there some way to lock the mouse cursor so that it won't move outside the image box?

Are you stating that the mouse goes into the black bars on the sides? What games are doing this to you? All the games I have in scummvm are set to 4:3 aspect and they don't go outside the viewable screen

Sorry, I'm late on this topic, but any suggestions? I'm running a nVidia GPU if that in some way matters...

The only thing I could suggest is to open the NVidia control panel, go to "Adjust desktop size & position". Under the scaling tab, make sure the aspect ratio radial button is selected. Under "Perform scaling on:", choose GPU. Then check "Override the scaling mode set by games and programs"

If all that fails to fix the problem, I dunno what else to suggest since I've never run across this problem

Does not work.

I did notice that this only happens when using OpenGL in ScummVM, but there are no other mode that look as good IMO. Argh.

It works with "OpenGL (No filtering)"! Yay.

Just updating this one real quick; now the mouse works with OpenGL, so it may have been a bug?
