I was wondering what games are for download on this cool site for the PSP? for use with the scummVM?

As far as i know most of them work.

The only games you can get through scummvm.org are the ones released as freeware, namely Beneath a Steel Sky, and Flight of the Amazon Queen.

The rest that work with ScummVM you have to buy.
