Hold Left Click in CMI

Hey guys i have a look around these forums and googled it to no avail but i cant seem to find a way to do the hold left click action when playing Curse of Monkey Island. is the keyboard really the only way of playing this game on android?

Tap the screen twice and hold after the second tap -- just like you do drag+drop on a notebook's touchpad.
