No, you don't need those as the OpenGL framework is already provided by sdl-config on OSX - instead, edit the Makefile and follow the instructions contained therein.

I don't understand i have create a residualrc file :
DataDir=/Users/Ash/Documents/Game/GRIM/GRIMDATA
good_times=TRUE

Either you didn't name it .residualrc (notice the prepending '.'), or you didn't put it in your home directory. (or both)
