I've been having the same problems. Seems to be a problem with SourceForge these days

Yes, I've encountered a few slow connections recently. The best way I found to get around these problems was to use wget (see
here or
here ) instead of an internet browser, it seems to be more robust.

Yes I have been having the same problem here as well trying to download the daily CVS builds.
I have found that the only way to get it to download is to use getright and pause and resume the download a few times until I get a complete download.

Okay, but what about the Linux builds? Are there still new RPMs daily?

I don't know the answer to that but surely any standard Linux distro will be able to build it from the source tarball quite easily?
