How can I save in Simon 1 ?

Hello, my question might sound very ignorant but I assure you I spent a considerable amount of time searching for an answer.

I have a slim PSP 5.00M33 running version 0.12 of ScummVM. The game I want to play is Simon the sorcerer 1, which is a windows talkie version.

So, the problem is I can't save it because i dont know what buttons i need to press. The start button does absolutely nothing! I ve pressed every button in the virtual keyboard without luck. Please help me out of this if you can. Thank you.

If you read the manual that came with your game, you'll see that you use the postcard in the inventory to save/load/quit
