Failed to save game state to file

Post by messinho »

Hello,

I´m trying to save games in a Pendrive but i´m reciving a error message like that:

Failed to save game state to file:
xxxxx.s01

I tried to modify the game option using :
edit game -> paths -> savepath: mass:/SCUMMVM
Didn´t work...

I tried to modify the save path in the global options using :
Options -> Paths -> Save path: /foo/bar
But when try to modify it i receive the following message:

The chosen directory cannot be written to.
Please select another one

So... How can I savemy games in a Pendrive in the PS2 port of SCUMMVM?

Obs.1 - I´m using a DVD version of the SCUMMVM. I used the "Tutorial: How To Create A ScummVM PS2 DVD" and it´s working ok. Only with that save problem...

Obs.2 - FAT32 is the File System of the Pendrive

Thanks,

Messinho

Problem solved.

Hello,

I solved the problem, clearing some games in the memory card. Now I can save the games (not in the pendrive but in the memory card) using the "standard" options of the scummvm.

Maybe saving games in the pendrive is not possible in the PS2 port.

Bye.
