Residual on mac ?

Post by Toto3310 »

Hi,
I'm a mac user and i love old aventure game i'm so happy with scummvm i can play all this games.
But there is a game : Grim Fandango which mark me a lot and i loved so much. I saw the subproject residual permit to play GF. I try it on a pc and i could play well.
So here is my question. When can we have a mac version of residual ?

Residual already works on OS X. Or at least it used to last time I tried.

When I say "works" I mean that it "works" as well (or as bad) as it "works" on the PC :-)

Yes, I compiled it myself from CVS. We do not currently offer official builds for Residual other than the Win32 builds (and even for those I have a hard time calling them "official" -- they are test builds, after all, not releases. But I guess I am overly critical now :-) ).

Ok, so for someone who didnt how build the file on a mac (like me) it's unefortunatly impossible to play ti GF right now.
I hope your work on Residual advance well, and we will quickly have an official build for mac users even if it's a test build :D
