ScummVM itself doesn't include any of the games, if that's what you mean. It's just a cross-platform way of playing the original data files. A small number of games have been released for free, but the rest have to be purchased. See the Where to buy games page for some information about that.

Once you do have the game, I assume the iPhone version of ScummVM isn't much different from the desktop version. If so, this tutorial may be helpful.
