Can´t run sounds in the games in my Lifedrive.

I can run these games:

Monkey Island
Monkey Island 2
Day of the Tentacle
Sam & Max

They run smooth but without no sound (no sound effects, no speech, no music)

I checked the boxes in the configuration like in the tutorial here, but nothing happens.
I tried de alternative way, but nothing happens too.

How i correct this? Please help me.

Please be more specific. What Device do you have (sorry, but is your device capable of playing sound/music)?
What build do you have installed ?

The Device is Lifedrive.

The version of scummvm is 0.9.1 and i used arm build.

Ok, no real "problemsolving" but try the 0.10.0svn build (

maybe this one works better.

I installed this version. But the sounds didn´t work too. What should i do?

have you deleted everything (all files and folders of scummvm, even on your sd card) before reinstalling the new scummvm-version and the games on your palm?
perhaps it's a bad sound option somewhere in your ini-files

just for the heck of it try checking the OS5 advanced mode box under the misc menu. On my T-E2 sound wont work unless thats checked. Warning though...This mode is unstable and chrilith has said in the past that it will be removed in the next build.

I don´t have this misc options. And i don´t have too the OS5 advanced mode option too. Anyone else knows how to fix this problem of the sound?

misc options is under the menu bar in the frontend

there are two main selections when you tap the top of the screen (games and options) misc is located under options in the last svn build os5 advanced is at the bottom of that menu.

Although you would be much better off checking out the lastest official build from the scummvm downloads page

My TX only plays sound when advanced mode is on too. I wonder if it will play sounds after the option is removed. I'm using the latest build but I really think the last 0.9 version is better and I would recommend it.

It finally worked! But the sounds are too low, only with a phone i can hear them. I put the volume on max in lifedrive options and scummvm options.
