touche: the adventures of ... - german ver. did not start

Hi,
i just mentioned that touche ist now playable with scummvm, so i downloaded, the newest (windows) daily build and installed it. i even moved all relevant files from my cd (wich are: OBJ, TOUCHE.DAT and all V* files) in a directory and was able to add the game in scummvm. But when starting the game it just shows the first 2 oder three intro screens and at the point the game should start, the window closes.
I have the german version of touche. Maybe one reason could be that my cd is a little bit scratched but i where able to copy all the files with no problems.
