Loom CD

Post by i23098 »

I have the following files with MD5 sum:

5d88b9d6a88e6f8e90cded9d01b7f082 000.LFL
6642640c52ac20a413d00ca4eb0a7144 901.LFL
211bb92795b77f5782bcab5ff4cdd9c2 902.LFL
0c60481ff858c0e8ab136adab5fa5bdc 903.LFL
6b26151489c428be7c45c25a16e7c902 904.LFL
a2be3d9b4c9fceae8033a455d690c0ba DISK01.LEC
ad5148f5eb8e2dba5b41eddef2616750 Track1.ogg

Using scumm 0.3.0b on Windows works great, but on scumm 0.9.0 under Ubuntu Linux gives:

WARNING: md5_file couldn't open '/home/wharehouse/roms/scumm/loomCD/000.LFL'!
Unknown MD5 ()! If this is an official version of the game (and not e.g. a fan made translation), please report the details (language, platform, etc.) of this game to the ScummVM team
Cannot find file: '000.lfl'!

Renaming 000.LFL to 000.lfl makes the file not found message appear in scummvm window instead of console :(

Any ideas :?:

Strange. The MD5 sums for the data files appear to be the same as the ones I have (English "talkie" version), and it works fine for me.

Forget this!!!! I'm so dumb

It was simply a permission issue. A simple chmod 644 fixed it

Sorry  Keep up the good work
