Well, since mp3 is not supported on ds, the floppy version would be easier to get running, right?
And for Zak, there is a remake that has better graphics than the original ega version, even if it's not the FM-Towns quality.

It's no more complicated ripping CD audio to ADPCM than MP3.

Yes it its, as well as for Maniac Mansion. But these remakes are not open source and do not use the scumm engine. So there will be no way to run them on the nintendo ds.
