Maniac Mansion music question

Hi, I can't get the music to work for Maniac Mansion Deluxe. It's been a long time since I played this game, so I might just be mistaken, but I thought each character had there own theme music. The sound effects seem to work though.

I tried a few different music drivers in the audio setting, no luck. So either, I am wrong and the character's don't have music, or I don't have something configured correctly with ScummVM.

I'm using ScummVM version 0.9.0, my sound card is a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 w/ current drivers.

are you sure that is Maniac Mansion Deluxe? According to the FAQ ( http://scummvm.org/faq.php#AEN39 ) that' a fan remake, not supported by ScummVM

That sounds like the NES version you're talking about.

Crap, I meant Maniac Mansion Enhannced (for the PC). I mixed the names up because I also just checked out that Deluxe fan game to see how it differed. Is the music I am thinking of only in the NES version? Because I played that version too back in the days when I had an NES.

Most probably. There is next to no music in MM (either Classic or Enhanced).
