Support for Kyrandia and other games?

Post by nickmasterx »

I'd think that Kyrandia wouldn't require much on the part of the DS, will we see support for this game and possibly others like Broken Sword?

Kyrandia does look very feasable, and if there are no problems, will be included in the next release.

Broken Sword on the other hand uses 640x480, and there isn't a way to scale this image down to 256x192 and have the game still playable. I also suspect that it won't run with 4Mb of RAM.

that would be awesome. As for the ram issue, I believe that's being looked in to. Check out:

I think it's unlikely that the 8-bit write problem will be solved in a general way for all homebrew, so the RAM in the M3/Supercard is not useful for ScummVM DS.
